I created a bunch of these magnetic bookmarks to sell at a craft show today. Each bookmark is two-faced: one side is Team Edward and the other is Team Jacob. I thought they might be good stocking stuffers for Twilight fans.
I used our Autumn Traditions DSP and heat embossed the team coins and Twilight. Team Edward is gold, Team Jacob is silver and Twilight is black. The Stampin' Up! embossing powder is very fine and and works perfectly for both detailed and solid images!

Many thanks to my friend Maria Pane for inviting me to the Maryland premiere of New Moon! We had a great time! The movie will not disappoint us Twilight fans! The special affects are amazing, especially the wolves! I won't give away any details to spoil it for you. I particularly liked the way they showed the passage of time of the first few months of Bella's depression. And thank goodness there is more of Edward in the movie than in the book! I also like that it's not gory. I was worried about that, I don't like gory movies. And both Jacob and Edward are in top form! You know what I mean!!! LOL! Kristen Stewart's acting is really good. She does a wonderful job conveying all the emotions Bella goes through. She is a much more talented actress than I realized. I rarely go to movies more than once, but I will be seeing this one again. And I'll be buying the DVD as soon as it's available. New Moon ends with a great scene that leaves you wanting more. Eclipse is due June 30, 2010. I can't wait!!!

My friend Maria won tickets to go see The Twilight Saga: New Moon and she invited me to go with her! I loved all the Twilight Series books and the first movie. I've always enjoyed vampire stories, but something about the innocence and romance of the these books really intrigued me. So I'll be back with all the details. Until then, here's a card I made for Maria using My Digital Studio. More about it later too! It's so cool, you'll soon be sick of hearing me talk about it.
